Christopher
Swartz is Chief Executive Officer and
Chairman of North Country Hospitality Inc. Mr.
Swartz has been the president of publicly traded
companies specializing in restaurants and restaurant
chain acquisitions for over 10 years. .
Gary Baker
is Chief Operating Officer of North Country Hospitality.
Mr. Baker has managed industrial plants and bakeries
since the early 1970’s. His vast understanding
of the requirements for delivering premium and
‘fresh-daily’ bakery products has
streamlined Brown Bag Bakery into a successful,
and growth oriented business.
Stephen
Flynn, Senior Vice President of Distribution
has owned and managed the Sackets Harbor Brewing
Company, Sackets Harbor Brew Pub, Good Fellos
Restaurant and the Sackets Cantina for over 10
years.
Errol
Flynn has also been a minority owner
in. Sackets Harbor Brewing Company, Sackets Harbor
Brew Pub, Good Fellos Restaurant and the Sackets
Cantina for over 10 years. Mr. Flynn’s detailed
experience in managing multi-million dollar corporate
enterprises helps guide North Country’s
course for growth and continued profitability.
Michael
Kilburn, Director of Finance, has overseen
the finances of restaurants and multi-unit concepts
since 1996.
