North Country Hospitality Inc. (OTC Pink Sheets: NHSP) is a diverse real estate holding company which has amassed over $12 million in assets with revenues exceeding $6 million in its first year as a public company.

The company currently owns four full-service restaurants, two fast casual restaurants,  two bakeries and several luxury resort suites.

In addition to these real estate holdings, North Country distributes its own line of craft beers and is in the process of introducing a licensed coffee brand to its restaurants and retail networks.

North Country Hospitality is continuously focused on evaluating and acquiring lodging, restaurants, recreational venues and other strategically aligned businesses. Some of the properties and businesses we are now evaluating are included in this company overview.

North Country’s growth plan is to continue to diversify and build our holdings in the hospitality and vacation industry in this growing region, while integrating all our operations by working together and seeking out other non-competitive affiliations.

Once acquired, new holdings become integrated into the company’s management structure, receiving the benefits of North Country’s purchasing power, marketing expertise, accounting and legal services and senior management team. We are seeking businesses that meet our investment guidelines convert their existing accounting, marketing, purchasing and general administrative functions to areas overseen by the NCH executive staff.
